1) It is quite a long wait in comparison to other websites. I have placed my order on dec. 15 and we are Januari 4 and it is still not shipped at my home. 2) I value the original BMW parts above all, but I must say the parts are quite expensive. 3) I would be grateful to be suggested a package of parts that are needed for a specific repair (for example: to change the oil filter housing gasket, FCP EURO in the US provide a comprehensive package containing the Gasket itself of course, but also all the bolts for the housing, a fresh new Vanos line and its bolts...). This approach via which packages of parts are proposed to the BMW-enthusiast who is repairing and maintaining his car himself would be most appreciated.

I only needed one part, which was internal trim. It was excellent and did the job. Unfortunately I needed to spend €150. I then ordered parts I didn't need . I was then informed I needed to pay more for the shipping which took the amount over €150. I think it would have been better to charge more shipping if the invoice is below €150.

It took quite some time from the time i payed until the time the package was shipped, else there is nothing i can complain about.

I ordered some hoses for my BMW. They were delivered promptly but because they were BMW OEM, they cost a lot but they were still the cheapest way to get them in Europe. They ship to the UK promptly

For UK customers please be aware that when placing an order there will be an extra invoice for p&p and you will have to pay import duties as well on top of the price. Received products within 3 weeks and packaged well, but double check you have correct products ordered as customer service is virtually non existent . Expect at least a week for reply to email, and then after being requested to send pictures high lighting issue multiple times, which i have, to be ignored. 3 months no resolution!!

Thank you for taking care of my order; it took a bit to get the OEM parts from the manufacturer, but the shipping was fast. The reason I gave 4* is the shipping costs; I wish the shipping costs at the time of order placement were closer to/or final ones; once I placed the order, they told me that I had to pay additionally( ~ 25% more ) for the shipping. Other than that, very happy with the experience.

Good original Parts as advertised, but takes a long time to arrive. In my case it took three weeks for a pedal to arrive.

The only point we have to mention is the delivery time, which we think is too long.

Parts arrived in a timely manner and all looks good so far, just need to install the central braking light to test it.

I got the correct parts and it was packaged very well. It just took a few weeks longer than they initially stated.

the service was excellent. they sourced the motorcycle part i needed even though oem main channel had it marked as "discontinued". the shipping fee for EU could be a tad lower.
